Chatvora is an independent business messaging technology platform that helps businesses connect and manage their WhatsApp Business infrastructure through Meta’s official APIs. Chatvora is not WhatsApp or Meta and is not affiliated with them unless an official relationship is expressly stated.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity of members within your organization.

Messaging limits, quality ratings, verification and eligibility are determined by Meta and may change according to Meta’s policies.

Chatvora does not control and does not guarantee messaging limits, quality ratings, verification outcomes or eligibility. These are determined solely by Meta.

You agree to use Chatvora in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, Meta’s policies and all applicable laws. Prohibited activity includes attempts to circumvent Meta’s eligibility, verification, messaging-limit or quality systems.

Fees for Chatvora’s software and services are described on our pricing page. Meta fees and WhatsApp messaging charges may apply separately depending on your setup and Meta’s current pricing.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability as set out in these terms.
